This hotel was a highlight of my business trip. the location is fantastic, right next to a beautiful castle and close to great restaurants. the room was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Excellent service from the friendly staff, especially the waitress at dinner. the breakfast was also good with a variety of options to choose from.
Although the hotel has 24-hour reception, the staff struggled with communicating in English.

Great restaurant next door and comfy beds! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the local area. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and had good Wi-Fi connection. The parking lot was spacious and made parking no hassle.
The receptionist was slow to respond when I tried to check out and locate reception. Although the waitress at dinner was amazing, the rest of the staff had poor English speaking abilities and communication was difficult.

I had a great Christmas getaway with my dog at this hotel. the comfortable bed and quiet location really made for a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the affordable pet fee compared to other hotels in the area.
The lack of 24-hour reception was frustrating when I needed to take my dog out early in the morning. the language barrier with staff also made communication difficult.

Lovely hotel, excellent restaurant. Beautiful Polish castle nearby. Great customer service. Dog friendly. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Fast wifi, speedy check-in. Plenty of parking space. Amazing food at restaurant.
